Cornerstone Residential currently provides property and asset management services in Corpus Christi, Dallas, and San Antonio. We constantly work with our Clients to get the most out of their assets through preventative maintenance and budgeting.

Marco Cervin
President & CEO
Marco Cervin founded Cornerstone Residential in 2019 serving as the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Cervin has been responsible for building the current management team and creating strong leaders within the organization. As the CEO, Mr. Cervin ensures that Cornerstone Residential’s strategic vision is successfully supported by the day-to-day operations.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Cervin worked as Director Of Operations for Hunt Military Companies and Corvias Living where he was active in many aspects of multifamily including acquisitions, renovations, leasing, accounting, asset management, Operations Groups, and ground-up Development Team.
Nicole Rodriguez, CAPS
Vice President of Operations
Nicole graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in health care administration and minor in Business Administration. Nicole began her property management career at South Texas Military Housing at Naval Air Station-Corpus Christi and later transitioned into conventional multi-family housing.
Nicole has been in the property management industry for over 12 years and has held several management positions in military housing, conventional housing, low income housing, and student housing. She holds a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor designation from the National Apartment Association and is currently pursuing a Texas real estate license.
Sharon Perez
Property Accountant
Sharon Perez is the Accountant for Cornerstone Residential, LLC. Sharon graduated Magna Cum Laude from Purdue University with an associate degree in Business Administration in 2013. Sharon has been a bookkeeper since the age of 19 in various industries. Property management is a new industry for her. Sharon’s past industries include, lawn fertilization & pest control, medical, oil & gas and higher education.
Sharon was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas and hopes to continue her education soon.
Sharon was Cornerstone Residential’s “Employee of the Year” for 2019.
Heather Manco
Regional Property Manager
Heather brings over 13 years of experience in the Multifamily Management industry, beginning her career in Silverdale, Washington and later relocating to Jacksonville, North Carolina and then Corpus Christi, Texas. Heather joined Cornerstone Residential in November 2019 as a Multi-site Property Manager and was promoted to Regional Manager in April 2021.
Heather oversees operations of several multifamily communities, condominiums, and single-family homes across Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and Dallas, Texas. Heather also serves on the Leadership Team in the development and implementation of new SOP’s.
